Lazy Saturday

Allen came home last night from his first week of training (and even stopped by my office with Starbucks coffee to surprise me--he's so sweet) and I decided to stay at home from the beach until tomorrow to spend time with him. He's at work and we're going bowling tonight with some of his friends. :)

We actually went bowling on our first date. So here's the scoop on our first date:

In June 2005, I was studying abroad in the South of France for my study abroad program in college (I was a French major) and one afternoon I was sitting at "The African Queen" internet cafe across the street from our hotel when Allen sent me an IM. He asked me what I was up to and I said that I would love to hang out but I was unfortunately across the globe! So we agreed to hang out when I got home and so he called me up and he took me bowling! I don't think of us realized then that it would be our first date. So now it's one of our favorite things to do!! We love bowling!
