Big Adventure

We had a big adventure today going all over Manteo, NC to get our marriage license! We both forgot to look up the place where we were supposed to get it, and I resisted the urge to immediately call the planner for help! We were directed to the Dare County Detention Center, AKA JAIL, at first, where the kind security guard told Allen to "Run!" and then the magistrate's office directed us to the pretty buildings on the other side of the island that held all offices for the slightly less sketchy business of the county.

We finally did it! We got our marriage license! We're so excited for Friday!
And I'm rocking my new aviators! Holla!
