- kitchen overhaul
- tile floors/paint sunroom
- replace ceiling fan in sunroom
- overhaul half bath downstairs (new toilet, vanity, mirror, tile floors, storage nook, beadboard wainscoting)
- replace powder blue toilet in guest bath upstairs (and we listed it on craigslist for free so someone hauled it away for us!)
- tile, paint and add storage solutions to laundry room/use $20.00 on sale bi-fold louvered doors to hide water heater
- replace hall and laundry room light fixtures from creepy 70's brass to brushed stainless domes
- replace outdoor light fixtures from brass to brushed stainless (with motion sensors)
- replace downstairs door handles from brass knobs to brushed stainless handles
- replace fence
- add chandelier to dining room, add chair rail and picture frame moldings.
- add attic fan (this makes a huge difference in the electric bill in the summer)
- replace broken side door to a newer, better insulated door
- changed all the exterior door locks to the same key and with brushed stainless hardware
- added a programmable digital thermostat

sounds like we need to see lots of before/after pictures on here.
I am so impressed. Did you do all of this yourselves? You definitely have a keeper there! It is so important to have a "handy" husband.
