I've always loved when brides and grooms pick a typical coffee table book that means something to them and use that for the guest book.
My friend Monica (who was also married on the OBX) used a sea glass book.
We also considered creating a photo book of ourselves to use BUT we hit the jackpot! Our ceremony venue gives us a photography book of the site as part of their appreciation gift to us for using them. It's a beautiful book with lots of beautiful photography of the OBX and The Whalehead Club!
So that's one more thing I forgot to mention but that we have taken care of! Phew!
